- Rep Range There is always a proper amount of repetitions that is needed to reach the goal that is set. Whether the goal is to increase strength or endurance, I will help you understand that proper rep range. - Contraction Training When training a muscle there is a specific feeling that you should be your focus. I will explain to you what that feeling is, and how you can control it. - Muscle Isolation When trying to develop your body there will be a time when you need to isolate the targeted muscle. I will explain this process and how it should be done properly. - Compound Movements These are movements that are going to involve multiple muscles to complete the selected exercise. I will be showing you what compound movements will be best for you, and how each exercise should be done properly. - Continuing Education of the Muscle I will be teaching you the name of the muscles, how they perform, and how to strengthen for efficiency and longevity.
