- Cardio Method I will be assisting you to find out which form of cardio is best for you. Whether it be walking, running, or even high intensity interval training. There are many forms of cardio, and together we will find out which one works best for you. - Time Limits The duration you choose for you cardio workout is important. I will explain how certain time limits will help you maintain your current cardio level, and how other time limits will help you increase your cardio level. Together we will find out what duration will be beneficial for you. - Muscle Descriptions I will be teaching you the name of the muscles, how they perform, and how to strengthen for efficiency and longevity. - Intervals This type of cardio exercise shakes things up a little bit. You will be pushed to perform not only at a level that you’re are use to, but a level that will challenge you. This can include adjustments in the speed or resistance, and possibly both. Either way you’ll receive the best workout. - Heat Rate While performing cardio exercise, you must always keep track of your heart rate, especially when you’re first starting a program. I help you identify what is safe, harmful, and spot on.
