I grew up in North Carolina not too far from the legendary Pinehurst Resort. My interest with fitness began with my father, he was a bodybuilder for health and competition reasons. He even won a few tournaments during this chapter of his life. This dedication and love for fitness passed down to me. I have even interned at Central Carolina Hospital and Westfield Rehabilitation & Health Center, just to better understand physical therapy and further my knowledge of the body. As I have grown older my love for fitness has grown as well. I hope to share my joy for fitness with you.
As your Trainer, I hope to focus on methods that will help you become more mobile, flexible and stable to prevent injury and promote longevity, while steadily progressing to achieve your fitness goals. I personally believe in utilizing functional training, so that you can not only be efficient in the gym., but be efficient in everyday life.
